Greenhouse – Unheated High Tunnel
The seasons change and the tunnel changes with them every year. Some years we grow spinach (pictured below), other years we grow kales, chard and/or salad greens. Local markets and crop rotations are always considerations. Working with an unheated tunnel provides many opportunities for growth and extended seasonal production. It also offers respite on snowy days!
