garlic

German White Extra Hardy Garlic is the only garlic variety that we grow for sale. It is a great variety for cold climates. This porcelain hard neck garlic has consistently performed well at Eastview Farm year after year. The white bulbs have an average of five cloves that are wrapped in a reddish tan skin. These cloves are easy to plant.

German White is a good choice for cooking and eating. It has been called the “chef’s garlic. ” The large cloves peel easily and have a hearty rich flavor. This garlic stores well into the winter months.
